This highly sought-after variety is the double form of feverfew. A great filler flower, the double blooms are ideal to use in soft pastel colour palettes as the blooms don't have the bright yellow centres that the single varieties do.
Sow Feb-May for flowers later the same year; sow Aug-Sept to overwinter for flowers the following year. Sow at 18-21°C; do not cover when sowing as light will aid germination. May overwinter in subsequent years in a milder climate. Will provide repeated flushes of blooms in one season if cut down to ground level after flowering.
Cut when 75% of flowers on the head are open. Will not hydrate fully if cut in bud. Cut when all of the flowers are fully open if cutting to dry.
Vase life: 7-10 days; indefinitely if dried.
