Refund policy
We hope that you are happy with your seed order. In the rare instance that your order has been damaged during delivery or incorrectly packed and shipped by us, please get in touch with us and we will endeavour to rectify any issues as soon as possible. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. A refund may be issued for the contents of the order, but will exclude the cost of P&P.
Please note that you must pay the cost of returning any items.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and sort out a replacement or refund as necessary.
All plant propagation material (seeds, bulbs, corms and tubers) is sold as being true to type. If you happen to receive your order and grow plants that are not as described we will issue a credit note or refund for the variety in question. We do ask that you provide photographic evidence of the incorrect variety in order for us to assess your refund request; without this we will not be able to process your claim. Any issues with variety queries must be raised within a twelve month period of the seed/bulb purchase date. We cannot take responsibility for any distress caused or loss of earnings resulting from incorrect varieties due to the fact that all items sold (seeds, bulbs, corms and tubers) are in a dormant state at the time of purchase.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We are also unable to issue refunds for germination failure as there are too many variables that can affect the germination of seed and bulb material. We source our seeds and bulbs from reputable suppliers with whom we monitor germination rates in order to ensure high quality propagation material for our customers.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
