Common name: Feverfew

Pelleted seed (unsuitable for organic production); this variety is packed by volume so all pack quantities are approximate. Available in two pack sizes: 

Gardener packet 30 seeds; Grower packet 250 seeds.

Hardy annual / short-lived perennial. DTM: 75-90

Baya is a new feverfew introduction and we are delighted to add this variety to our seed collection for 2025. Bred specifically for cut flower production, it is easy to grow either outside or year-round under protected conditions. 

Sow Feb-May for flowers later the same year; sow Aug-Sept to overwinter for flowers the following year. Sow at 18-21°C; do not cover when sowing as light will aid germination. May overwinter in subsequent years in a milder climate. Will provide repeated flushes of blooms in one season if cut down to ground level after flowering. 

Cut when 75% of flowers on the head are open. Will not hydrate fully if cut in bud. Cut when all of the flowers are fully open if cutting to dry.

Vase life: 7-10 days; indefinitely if dried.
