Stocks are valued for their clove-like peppery scent and wide colour range. The StoX® series are a relatively new introduction, offering these classic blooms in a modern, sought-after colour palette. Antique Rose is as its name suggests - the petals flushed with soft, dusky antique rose tones.

Sow Jan-May or Aug-Oct to overwinter for earlier flowers the following year. Sowing temp: 18-24°C; germination will take 7-14 days in optimum conditions. Sow frequent successions for a continuous harvest. Easy to select for double-flowered plants once the seedlings have been subjected to cold treatment - or just enjoy the single-flowered blooms!. Plant under cover for the best quality blooms. Do not pinch. 

Cut when 30-50% of the flowers on the spike are open; buds will continue to open in the vase. Flowers decline quickly after pollination. Place immediately into water and move to a cool place; no special conditioning required.
