Untreated seed; packed by volume so seed quantity is approximate. Available in two pack sizes:

Hardy annual. DTM 75-85.
Clarkia is typically considered a cottage garden plant, but it is also excellent for cut flowers. This particular variety is has blooms of soft blush pink which is a very desirable colour.
Sow Feb-May or Aug-Sept to overwinter for flowers the following year. Sowing temp 15-18°C. Surface sow as light aids germination which takes 10-14 days in optimum conditions. Plants establish easily from direct sowing. Will tolerate light shade, but plant in a sunny position for the best flowers.
Cut when the first few blooms begin to open lower down the stem; blooms continue to open up the stem in the vase. Place straight into water and move to a cool are; no special conditioning required.
